TikTok/Reels + Recap

Custom short-form videos designed for TikTok and Instagram Reels—capturing your event’s best moments with your vibe in mind. Whether you want a fun, fast-paced highlight or a cinematic recap, we tailor the style, tone, and music based on your preferences. Just let us know your vision—we’ve got it covered.
Delivery

All raw, unedited footage will be delivered within 24 hours of your event—so you have instant access to your content while the moment is still fresh. Perfect for quick sharing, in-house editing, or just reliving the vibe right away.

Travel + Stay

Flat rate for travel within 60 miles round trip. Distances exceeding 60 miles round trip, an additional charge will apply, in addition to the flat rate.
Hotel accommodation may be required for locations beyond driving distance, multiple events, or early call times/late nights
Camera Coverage

By default, we capture content using the iPhone 16 Pro for high-quality and flexible results. But if you're dreaming of a specific vibe or look, we’ve got other cameras in our toolkit too:

Additional Content Creators

Looking to capture a few extra moments or expand your deliverables? Whether it’s behind-the-scenes footage, additional reels, or specific edits, we’re happy to create more. Submit a request, and we’ll tailor a custom content add-on just for you.
Edited content

We always include one edited recap video with your project—it’s our signature wrap-up. But if you’re craving more (like extra cuts, longer edits, or a version for socials), we’re happy to create add-ons just for you.

We provide content creation for:

Our approach prioritizes video-first storytelling, capturing candid, in-the-moment footage optimized for social platforms. Upon request, still photos can also be included.
Content volume varies based on the length of coverage and pace of the event, allowing us to focus on quality, continuity, and storytelling over fixed deliverable numbers.
Within 24–48 hours post-event, all raw content will be delivered via a private Google Drive link, sent directly to your email for easy access and downloading.
All content remains accessible for 60 days. We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly after delivery.
Yes, The Social Circle offers both local and destination coverage.

Travel fees may apply depending on location and scope.
Additional coverage can be added on-site based on availability and is billed hourly. We always recommend booking slightly more time than you think you’ll need for full coverage.
